Sons et al. take cheekiness to a new level in their debut video for ‘See Me Run’

Hitting the ground running, Melbourne five piece Sons et al. have achieved more in a few short weeks than most aspiring indie bands do in a career. Their first single ‘See Me Run’ scored rave reviews from the Triple J team with Maggie Collins saying “from the second that synthy staccato sound kicks in, there’s an instant hook to this song” and Dave Howe hitting the nail on the head claiming “I reckon I’ll be hearing that voice a lot this summer!”

With the Jack Love remix landing on the ARIA dance charts the day of it’s release, ‘See Me Run’s explosive debut was just the start of what was to come. Earning premium airtime on Triple J, “See Me Run” got its hooks into the indie scene and reeled in an impressive fan base. Proving the boys are something else, their ‘See Me Run’ launch at Melbourne’s The Toff on October 27th had hungry fans turning out in force to a pumping sell-out gig.

Now, with the ball well and truly rolling in the right direction, Sons et al. are upping the ante with the release of their hotly anticipated video for ‘See Me Run’. Full of split screen shenanigans and popping pastel, the video is every bit the feel good cheekiness that ‘See Me Run’ deserves.
