Another day underground in Los Angeles’ Forest Lawn Cemetery and another lawsuit has been launched against the Michael Jackson Estate. This time it’s Las Vegas landlord Aner Iglesias, who rented a home to the King of Pop from 2008 to 2009 and also wants his share of the singer’s massive estate. Barely a week goes by without yet another attempt to cash in on the estimated $1 billion channelling in from a vast net of royalties.

Iglesias’ claim to cash is for $US234,000 over damage to the house during the rental. He had previously lodged a creditor’s claim on the estate, but has now gone to court after administrators overseeing Jacko’s hundreds of millions rejected his claim. Iglesias reckons Jacko not only trashed the exterior and interior of the property, but he also ‘personalised’ the alarm system and phone without restoring them to their previous condition.
