English singer-songwriter John Waite has one of the greatest voices in rock and roll history.

If you’re unfamiliar with his name, you’ll recognise his hit tunes, such as the 1984 smash ‘Missing You (in which he “ain’t missing you at all”), the anthemic celebration ‘Isn’t It Time’ and the ’90s power ballad ‘When I See You Smile’. They are all below, so reacquaint yourself.

He’s produced four decades of excellent tunes, which he will be performing during his run of Australian dates, which starts this Friday. Tickets are still on sale to some shows, so grab some here.
