A Perfect Circle have recently returned with the release of their first album in 14 years just last week, and now they’ve appeared in a rather rare US TV appearance, performing two cuts from their latest record.

April 20th saw A Perfect Circle return from a 14-year hiatus of releasing new albums to deliver their latest record, Eat The Elephant. Following their appearance at Coachella over the weekend, the group stopped by the Jimmy Kimmel Live! stage to perform one of their first TV appearances in years.

Performing a few cuts from their new album (and one from their last album back in 2004), television viewers were only able to catch the first two tracks, ‘TalkTalk’ and ‘So Long, And Thanks For All The Fish,’ but it was more than enough to show that the group have in no way lost that killer edge that made us fall in love with them.

With the group currently on the touring circuit for their new album, there’s been no word yet as to whether Aussies will be getting their first taste of A Perfect Circle since 2013. However, Double J’s Zan Rowe recently spoke to frontman Maynard James Keenan about Australian shows, and the answer seemed positive.

“I also asked him if he planned to bring that show to Australia — he hopes so,” Rowe said. “I didn’t ask him about Tool, I wasn’t allowed to.”

A Perfect Circle’s Eat The Elephant is out now.
