Super producer Mark Ronson debuted his new band, The Business Intl, at a star studded secret gig at London’s 100 Club on Oxford Street on Tuesday night. Giving the live premiere of songs from his new album Record Collection, he was joined on stage by a number of guest singers, including none other than everyone’s favourite crack n’ booze car crash, Amy Winehouse.
Winehouse hung around the back of the stage for most of the gig before taking lead vocals on her famous Mark Ronson collaboration, a cover of The Zutons’ ‘Valerie’. In true Wino fashion, she forgot the words to the first verse before stumbling back in to the crowd at the end of the song. Record Collection is out in September.
