Queensland festival Blues On Broadbeach is back for another year, and they’ve just dropped their chock-a-block second lineup instalment.

Gold Coast’s Blues on Broadbeach festival has been a mainstay for blues fanatics for years now. For nineteen years, punters have embarked on a trip to the luscious sand of Broadbeach for a multi-day celebration of music.

Back in December, the festival announced its first lineup instalment, featuring the likes of Australian legend Tommy Emmanuel, Guatemala’s Gaby Moreno, Karise Eden, Kim Churchill, Bondi Cigars, The Turner Brown Band, Osaka Monaurail, Jeff Lang, and much more.

Now, the festival has unveiled a roster of 25 more impeccable acts set to tear up the 20 performances areas. Returning to the headline the second line-up is Blues on Broadbeach stalwarts The Black Sorrows. Fronted by ARIA Hall of Famer Joe Camilleri, The Black Sorrows are one of theThe Black Sorrows lead stacked second Blues on Broadbeach lineup announcement most beloved acts in the country. The band are somewhat stalwarts of the festival, their 2020 headlining slot will mark the band’s fourth appearance.

“I’m truly excited The Black Sorrows will once again take to the stage at Blues on Broadbeach 2020,” shares Joe Camilleri. “I think this will be our fourth appearance…I always feel incredibly humbled to be part of the festival and the community spirit Blues on Broadbeach generates.”

The Black Sorrows will be joined by a crop of absolutely superb acts including US’s G. Love, Don Bryant and the Bo-Keys, Bootleg Rascal, Tami Neilson, Karen Lee Andrews, Hat Fitz and Cara, and many, many more.
