Almost a year after releasing her seminal work Miss Anthropocene, Grimes has announced a remix album featuring a slew of artists.

Can we just say: this year cannot have been real, or it either lasted for 20-odd years. How else is it possible that Grimes’ seminal album, Miss Anthropocene, came out only in February?

That aside, it seems we can expect more new work from the artist soon, since she’s announced a corresponding remix album, titled Miss Anthropocene Rave Edition.

The album drops on January 1st, ringing in the new year with us, as reported by Pitchfork. It also features a slew of artists. The album’s 11-tracks boast of BloodPop, Channel Tres, dance music producers Modeselektor, and techno producers Richie Hawtin, Tale of Us, and ANNA.

Grimes recently also unveiled two of the remixes on her recent DJ Mix for Apple Music. These included BloodPop’s remix of ‘We Appreciate Power’ featuring and HANA, and Richie Hawtin’s remix of ‘Darkseid’.
