For the first time ever, Hayley Williams will perform solo headline shows in Australia.
The US songwriter will bring ‘The Hayley Williams Show’ to Sydney and Melbourne next February, which, for the sleuths, lines up perfectly with the 2027 Laneway Festival dates.
Williams will first perform at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on February 10th, before Laneway kicks off in Sydney just two days later. The Paramore singer will then play a second headline show at Melbourne’s Forum on February 17th, two days before the festival hits Flemington Park.
Williams has been rumoured on the 2027 bill for some time, having toured the States and Europe in support of her August 2025-released album, Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party. She was even linked to an alleged poster lineup leak earlier this month.

During the US run, Williams was joined by some special guests, including Noah Kahan and Jason Isbell, and the Australian shows promise to feature “material across all three of the singer’s solo albums as well as some exciting surprises.”
Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party earned a rave review from Rolling Stone.

“If Williams’ first two LPs saw her dipping her toe into solo work, Ego Death is a full plunge,” the review reads. “Never has she sounded more certain or free. There is a kind of death here, one where the musician leaves behind bits of her past self, but more than anything, the album feels like a baptism. Williams emerges from the depths of her focused creation ready for a new life, where the possibilities are endless.”
