Lady Gaga has revealed she was forced to undergo a full-body x-ray after falling offstage with a fan during a performance in Las Vegas.
For most live shows, the excitement is usually contained to the stage. Sure, you might have members of the live band finding their way out into the crowd from time to time to interact with the audience, but usually, activities are kept pretty much onstage to avoid any major mishaps.
For a veteran performer like Lady Gaga though, sometimes the action finds its way spilling off of the stage without even meaning to, as a recent performance displayed.
Performing her Las Vegas residency Enigma on Thursday night, Lady Gaga was heading towards the end of the show when she recruited a fan to join her onstage for a dance before planning to jump into ‘Million Reasons’.
However, things quickly went south when the fan managed to drop the artist, sending them both into the crowd below as audience members looked on in horror.

Lady Gaga was quick to brush it all off though, noting that “everything’s okay,” and joking that “the only thing that’s not okay is we need some stairs for the damn stage so I can get back up!”
“That was a fall!” she explained once she was back onstage. “But sometimes, even if you fall, you make it up.
“Can you promise me something?” the singer asked the clearly-embarrassed fan. “Will you just forgive yourself right now for that happening? It takes two to tango!”
While the red-faced fan and the music superstar made sure things kept running smoothly from there on, Lady Gaga took to social media over the weekend to reveal she needed a bit of a check-up after the incident, requiring a full-body x-ray to ensure she was alright.
“When they have to X-Ray almost your entire body,” she posted. “Just Dance. Gonna be ok.”
Although it seems like Lady Gaga has managed to pull through the onstage incident without any injuries, we’re hoping that her legions of fans are understanding towards the fan at the centre of it all. Still though, how many people can say they dropped Lady Gaga offstage in Las Vegas?
