Noel Gallagher has no problem admitting that he would reform Oasis if the price was right. The exact figure the rock star is looking for? A cool one million pounds.
Oasis disbanded in 2009 after a very public and bitter feud between brothers, Liam and Noel Gallagher. The pair supposedly made peace a few years ago, but the band has never gotten back together.
However, according to Noel, that may change if one hundred million pounds were thrown in the mix.
An Oasis fan has noted that Noel rubbished Liam’s claim in which he said that Noel would turn down a million pounds to reform the band. He made the revelation in an interview on the UK talk show The Jonathan Ross Show last week.
“There isn’t £100 million in the music business between all of us,” Noel said.
“If anybody wants to offer me £100 million now, I’ll say it now, I’ll do it. I’ll do it for £100 million.
“Ludicrous. What is funny though is that I think Liam actually believes it, which is the funny thing.”

A fan page called oasismaniaofficial posted Noel’s quote and Liam jumped in the comments section and said, “I’d do it for FREE.”
The statement from Noel comes as a surprise to fans considering that earlier this year the singer said that Oasis shouldn’t reunite.
“The legacy of the band is set in stone… if people have seen us, they’ll understand what all the fuss is about,” he said in an interview with The Project.
“If you didn’t see us, then that’s tough because I’ve never seen The Beatles or the Sex Pistols.”
He continued: “People ask me that question on a daily basis and I can only say to you that, I just don’t feel like it. When you’re in a band, it’s an absolute compromise so no I don’t think I could come up with an idea and then run it by four people and then six weeks later, somebody knocks it back because their cat’s got a cough so I like to march to the beat of my own drum. Oasis is done I’m afraid.”
