In perhaps the most wholesome revelation ever, apparently rapper Ludacris has been randomly buying groceries for strangers at supermarkets for years.

The New York Times investigative article has reported that last week rumors about the rappers daytime heroics started circulating. When a woman named Therra Gwyn Jaramillo went into explicit detail describing an interaction she had with Ludacris at Whole Foods. Apparently, Ludacris paid for $375 worth of groceries for Jaramillo, who was strapped for cash. Read the heartwarming account below:

The investigation took to Twitter to see if anymore good samaritan reports were flying under the radar, and sure enough there were. One tweet claimed “Ludacris just bought my cousins groceries in a Whole Foods in ATL and let’s just add that to the list of reasons to live there”.
The rapper’s manager told The Times “Funny thing… Luda does these things all the time. But he doesn’t want to do interviews to highlight it. It’s just his heart.” Touching.
