American rapper Mac Miller (real name Malcolm McCormick) was found dead in his San Fernando home on September 7th. He was 26. The Los Angeles Coroners Office has determined his cause of death.
The toxicology report released by the Coroner’s office has revealed that Miller’s death was an accidental overdose from a toxic mix of fentanyl, cocaine, alcohol. TMZ has noted that the amount of each individual drug in his system was not lethal, but the combination was.
