Our friends at the East Brunswick Club in Melbourne inform us that they have a new person for our stressed out editor to hassle at the last minute when he’s looking to get a photographer in to shoot a gig – but most importantly, a new point of contact for all our industry friends looking to get in touch about gig related things at the venue. They have a new Music Co-ordinator and Publicist, Anna Jacobs.
Fresh from a long jaunt overseas, from the top of the Himalayas to ‘hipster’ arts galleries in Williamsburg and everywhere in-between working for Spiegeltent, Boogie Festival and everything in between, Anna now brings her love of music and varied know how from arts business management, publicity, online and social media expertise, design, project and events management to The East.
