There’s probably room for a dick joke in that headline but it’s true! While playing in Melbourne on Saturday night at the Hi Fi Bar, The New Pornographers asked for a fan to come onstage at the end of the gig to help sing ‘Myriad Harbour’. It took a while, but eventually fan Andrew Jacobs plucked up the courage to jump up on stage and brought the house down with his rendition of the song. Check out Carbie Warbie’s video of it below:
The band are playing in Perth at the Rosemount Hotel this Tuesday night and they’re returning for a final Melbourne show at the East Brunswick Club this Thursday 18th November. Let’s hope they invite Andrew back for a repeat performance.
