Following on from this morning’s announcement of the Tone Deaf presented sideshows from Jake Bugg and Surfer Blood, plus last week’s confirmed tours from Of Monsters And Men, Darwin Deez, and Villagers – there’s even more Splendour sideshows to look forward to.
As previously promised there’s a whole ream of Splendour’s 77-strong lineup heading along the East Coast (and in James Blake and FIDLAR’s case heading as far as Perth) to deliver special headline shows in conjunction with their appearance at the three-day music festival, whose popularity was confirmed after organisers announced that all tickets and camping passes to the event were sold out in less than an hour.
While there is still a limited amount of the Country Club VIP tickets available, the announcement of the Splendour 2013 sideshows is bound to please fans looking to get a taste of the music festival’s impressive lineup. Including British post-dubstep star James Blake, neo-punk act Fidlar, English garage heroes Palma Violets, emerging Cali sisters HAIM, art-pop enthusiasts Everything Everything, evocative indie group Daughter, and New York synth popsters MS MR, and Californian left-field rockers Cold War Kids.
