British singer-songwriter Olivia Dean, who wowed crowds earlier this year, has just dropped news of a headline show in Sydney this November.
Presented by Handsome Tours, Laneway Presents, Fuzzy, and the Botanic Gardens of Sydney, this one-night-only outdoor gig, An Evening At The Fleet Steps, will take place against the stunning harbour backdrop at Mrs Macquaries Point.
Pre-sale tickets go on sale Tuesday, July 22nd at 10am local time, with general tickets available from Wednesday, July 23rd at 11am. For more info and tickets, visit handsometours.com.
Dean will be touring in support of her second album The Art of Loving, due out September 26th. The record explores love and relationships. “I think there’s a whole spectrum of how you can have relationships with people in your life and still make them really meaningful and honest,” she says. “But that’s a new thing for me, to be honest.”
Fans have already heard new tracks “Nice to Each Other” and “Lady Lady” from the upcoming album.
Dean’s long-awaited debut album, Messy, released in 2023, was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize Album of the Year and reached #4 on the UK Official Album Chart. It also earned her the role of soundtrack artist for the next Bridget Jones film Mad About The Boy.
