It’s been a rough trot for our Ozzy Osbourne. The past few years have seen him battle his way through a myriad of health issues.

In 2018, Osbourne was forced to cancel shows after he contracted what turned out to be a potentially-deadly staph infection. Sadly, the bad news kept on coming, with the rocker contracting the flu, and then pneumonia, and eventually being forced to not only cancel his Australian appearances, but also the entirety of his 2019 tour following a fall.

In January, Osbourne made the emotional announcement that he had been diagnosed with Parkins Two — a form of Parkinson’s disease.

The Godfather of Heavy Metal recently went to Panama to receive stem-cell treatment to combat his battle with Parkinson’s disease and a spinal injury. Thankfully he seems to be on the mend, as daughter Kelly Osbourne revealed in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight.

“Seeing after one treatment of stem cell what has happened and the progress that he’s made is mind-blowing,” Kelly shared.

“He wants to get up. He wants to do things. He wants to be part of the world again. He’s walking better. He’s talking better. His symptoms are lessening. He is building the muscle strength back that he needs after his spine surgery.”

Though Ozzy may feel as though he’s ready to face the world, he’s going to have to face the world from inside for the foreseeable future amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Everything is starting to fall into place now, and it has given us so much hope. We are very grateful to the doctors that are helping him,” Kelly added. He’s ready to get out of the house and now he can’t get out of the house. He keeps saying to me, ‘I’ve been on quarantine for almost two years, and now I’m feeling better and the world is on quarantine.'”

Ozzy Osbourne recently unleashed Ordinary Man — his first studio album in ten years. Osbourne took part in the most unexpected collaboration of 2019, jumping on Post Malone track ‘Take What You Want’ with Travis Scott.
