Ever wanted to party with legit rockstars? Here’s your chance. Prince’s band The New Power Generation, who are in town for Bluesfest this week will be hitting up Ferdydurke for an afterparty tonight, after their sideshow at 170 Russell.
Unfortunately, the band won’t be playing but it will the prime opportunity for fans to have a boogie and a drink with the funk legends.
Spinning tunes on the night will be Wax Museum Records’ GSM and DJ Eddie Mac, playing Prince tunes to keep the party going.
Celebrations for the free event kick off at 10pm – fans are advised to arrive as early as possible as capacity is limited.
