Five-piece alt-rock artistes Big Dead have just released the lead single off their upcoming third EP Shell, and it’s definitely piqued our curiosity.

‘Sad Machine‘ weaves its way through a broad array of instruments, a fascinating melange of analogue and digital that, rather than being an overly-long Jazz odyssey, instead packs an admirably eclectic journey into three minutes flat.

We reckon this’ll all translate into a great live show, and Big Dead will be launching the new EP at The Foundry on the 28th of July, with supports to be confirmed.
