Melbourne heavy rock legends Dallas Frasca have just dropped their fearsome new track ‘Wasting Time’, the first taken from the upcoming EP Dirt Buzz.

Excitingly, the EP will be the first record released through the band’s new independent label Spank Betty Records, which will also be the home to more local artists going forward.

To celebrate the record and label – not to mention a decade together as a band – Dallas Frasca will be taking their hard-hitting Aussie rock to 12 different countries on an upcoming world tour, including a stint supporting none other than Ugly Kid Joe as they tour across Europe. They’ll of course also be playing a bunch of shows around Australia towards the end of the year, dates below.

“Wasting time for me captures the spirit and heart of the band on stage,” says Dallas of the new track. “The song for me is facing shit I probably wouldn’t talk to anyone about which is weird, because now I’m sharing with people I’ve never met before. I suppose that’s what music is for me; making sense of my internal battles. I need music in my life for that balance.”

Dirt Buzz will be out worldwide on digital and vinyl on Sept 16th through Spank Betty Records.
