triple j kicked our Friday morning off on a reflective note this morning, as Amy Shark entered the Like A Version studios to lay down a cover of Silverchair’s sombre classic ‘Miss You Love’.
Amy’s delicate rendition stays fairly true to the original, taken from 1999’s Neon Ballroom – and also heard in classic slice of Aussie cinema Looking For Alibrandi.
The Gold Coast singer-songwriter also showed off with a live version of her recent breakthrough single ‘Adore’, which has just seen her sign a global record deal with Sony Music and Wonderlick – so expect to hear a lot more of Amy very soon.
