Although Slayer announced their split late last year, you can keep them together on a shelf as they are now immortalised as Funko! Pop figurines.

Do you already have multiple t-shirts sporting the iconic thrash metal band? Have you additionally bought your four-legged friend a Slayer-branded leash and collar to match? Well, if you have, then the latest merch for you to snap up is the outfits set of Funko! Pop figurines.

That’s right – you can now have the shredding masters Jeff Hanneman and Kerry King grace your wall of band memorabilia, as well as vocal and bass overlord Tom Araya fronting it all.

Announced back in January, Funko! Pop revealed that they had multiple bands that they were about to cast into their vinyl figurines: Slipknot, Weezer, Ghost, and, of course, Slayer. Well, some of these are now ready for your purchase, and three of the four members of the Californian metal quartet are here.

Taking to Facebook, the band announced that these new figurines were now available for purchase.

With each member sporting their most legendary instruments, and all clad in their typical facial hair, the resemblance is uncanny. They’ve even got Kerry King’s scowl on-point.

Whether you’re a true Funko! Pop collector, or you’d just like the chance to get to reform the band yourself, you can find each figurine on sale via the Funko! Pop website for an easy $11 each.

Now, there’s no saying as to why there isn’t a Paul Bostaph, or even a Dave Lombardo figurine to round out the set, but in other news, Lombardo is working on a new project: Satanic Planet.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Lombardo has noted that he’s currently focused on an industrial project during quarantine. “Some of the vocals are done by the head of the Satanic Temple,” he noted.

“It’s with Justin Pearson, who’s in Dead Cross as well. And Luke Henshaw, who he works with pretty closely. And Luke also worked on some of the remixes that we featured on our EP. And some of the vocals are done by the head of the Satanic Temple.”

While there isn’t news of when Lombardo’s new side-project will come out, it’s definitely causing some anticipation to take place!
