Long gone are the days of asking for an autograph from celebrities such as slowthai, as of today we are officially ushering in the new movement, asking your favourite celebrity to spit in your mouth. (Please don’t actually do this though oh my God.)

One slowthai fan finally received the chance to meet their idol on stage, and in the front row, she held up a giant sign asking the rapper to spit in her mouth. And he did. He spat in her mouth. Consent was there so it was all fine on all ends, but the visual footage we received of the action was nasty.

Twenty-four-year-old rapper slowthai – real name Tyron Frampton – was in the U.S. this week supporting Brockhampton on their North American tour. And just like back home, the young rapper has already picked up a reputation for his larger-than-life persona and chaotic live performances.

The show in which the video takes place was on the Milwaukee, Wisconsin leg of the tour. Truly this event takes the take as slowthai’s wildest incident in his career thus far.

In a video widely shared on Twitter, the Northampton MC can be seen jumping offstage after spotting a woman in the front row brandishing a sign that reads ‘slowthai I need you to spit in my mouth’.

And then, naturally, he acquiesced her simple need.

The whole thing was caught on video, and it is definitely something else. Have a watch if you’re in the mood to see a massive spitball flying into someone else’s open mouth. I won’t judge.

Speaking to Metro about the incident, the girl whose name is Kirsty said: “It was one of the best moments of my life. slowthai is a beautiful man, I wish nothing but the best for him in his career.”

Godspeed you incredible woman. We can only imagine that this event marks the beginning of many more to come.
