Last month, we were treated to a silky remix of ”Cause I’m A Man’, one of the flagship singles from Tame Impala’s acclaimed third album, Currents, which came courtesy of sisterly LA trio HAIM. Now, another Currents highlight has been given an epic remix treatment.

This time around, Belgian dance floor veterans Soulwax have lent their considerable production muscle to the Perth outfit’s soaring single ‘Let It Happen’, transforming the track into a nine-minute electronic playground with churning, hypnotic bass grooves and lots of spacey atmospherics.

Tame Impala have been enjoying a massive 2015. In addition to unveiling what we called one of the best releases of the year, the Kevin Parker-led project have been selling out dates on their forthcoming Australian national tour left and right, recently adding three extra dates due to massive demand.

Joining the boys as main support for the tour will be LA’s Mini Mansions, who’ve been gaining serious steam since their breakout performance at SXSW. Also joining them for select dates will be Perth’s own Koi Child, one of Parker’s personal pet projects.
