A Sticky Fingers Australian Tour 2014 has been announced, with the band embarking on a national trek in support of their new single.

Following on from their humorous campaign for Hottest 100 votes, landing their track ‘Australia Street’ in at #70 on the Triple J countdown, Sticky Fingers are set to capitalise on a banner year and the release of their debut album, Caress Your Soul, with another tour of the country in the lead-up to a new album.

‘Gold Snafu’ is to be the first single taken from Sticky Fingers’ upcoming album Land Of Pleasure (to be released mid-2014), and the accompanying ‘Gold Snafu’ tour spans twelve dates over February and March, taking place before the band jet off to Europe to spread the Sticky love – the band will be spending two months in France, Holland, Germany and the UK over April and May.

‘Gold Snafu’ is everything that you’d want in a Sticky Fingers single; their relaxed, reggae-pop signature sound that will undoubtedly transform into a beast in the live arena – and this tour is your first chance to hear it.

The five-piece have already been announced for a few festival slots, including St Kilda Festival in February, the ‘friends-of-friends only’ event The Hills Are Alive in March, and the new boutique event Mountain Festival Sounds.
