Australian psychedelic overlords Tame Impala are back with their first new music since 2015’s Currents.

Now, they’re back with an understated slice of retro-pop heaven. The track is as sultry and cool as the natural golden highlights on Kevin Parker’s luscious mop. It harkens back to the sound of Currents whilst teasing elements of the bands’ new direction. Listen to the track below.

Since the release of Currents, Kevin Parker has spent his days writing with Mark Ronson, Lady Gaga, Travis Scott, Theophilus London and more. Tame Impala are currently gearing up for their monumental headliner slot at Coachella. They’re also about to embark on a massive European tour. Check out the tour dates below.
