You know what is the most annoying shit ever? An old white guy playing solo baby boomer riffs at the end of every over of the Cricket World Cup.
Seriously, who thought this novelty was so good it deserved this much air time? Firstly, play some fucking good songs. Secondly, don’t. I’m trying to enjoy the cricket not be constantly reminded that Cricket was founded by old out of touch white dudes who have no personality or swagger.
This is why I’m not upset that India are basically running International Cricket right now, few things are worse than old white guys trying to have a “cool time” and forcing it down everyone else’s throat.
