After their debut Australian tour in 2012/2013 that saw them play Woodford, Pyramid Rock, Sydney Festival, Mona Foma and many more – Spain’s legendary LOS CORONAS are paddling back into to the Australian & NZ summer for another wild ride on stage across the country. They’ll take in major events like Golden Plains Festival, WOMADelaide, WOMAD NZ, Enlighten Canberra as well as playing headline shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Newcastle and Dunsborough.
Other than delivering a righteous and unforgettable live show, LOS CORONAS have forged a name for themselves around the world with a distinctive blend of surf-tinged atmospheric twang and their own Spanish musical heritage. Their sound is a mix of Spanish melodies, raw rock & rock intensity and their own vision of the 60s Californian surf sound, blended with a heavy dose of Spaghetti Western echoes.
