There are threads of similarity to the work of Explosions in the Sky, but this could just be a lazy comparison because this track, like the band, is sweet and instrumental. The beginning is plucking and pattering strings, before a more grandiose strings arrangement sweeps in; its layers distinct without competition. It reaches something of a crescendo about three and a half minutes in, but eases you out just as gently, yet convincingly, as it eased you in.
