The Queenscliff Music Festival 2013 lineup is already one of the most impressive in the annual music festival’s history, with an already electric list of bands and artists set to play the 17th edition of the Queenscliff Music Festival as it takes place this November.

Early bird tickets to the event have already completely sold out and with single and two-day passes are going quick as the extra additions to the Queenscliff Music Festival 2013 lineup make this hot ticket even hotter.

Joining the bursting Queenscliff Music Festival 2013 lineup are Sydney’s unofficial Annandale Hotel house band, Sticky Fingers. With their debut album Caress Your Soul already proving a winner with its singles already climbing the ARIA charts and claiming the airwaves, the Newtown misfits – one of Triple J Unearthed’s Top 25 most played for the year – will provide a cracking set with their mega-hectic mash of psychedelic, pop and roots tunes.

Also joining the bill is D At Sea, the songwriting non de plume for singer-songwriter (and Parkway Drive cover YouTube sensation) Doyle Perez. D At Sea has transcended giving ace covers to his online followers to producing his own commendable set of original material and now Queenscliff Music Festival 2013 audiences will get a sampling of his ‘acoustic hardcore’ style.

Along with Sticky Fingers and D At Sea, also joining the Queenscliff Music Festival 2013 lineup are: Revomatix, Leroy Lee, Ginger & Tonic, Andrew Swift & The Rattlesnake Choir, Alister Turrill, Buddha in a Chocolate Box, Luke Biscan, Kurt Gentle, Kiana Archer, Jack Wright, DJs Vince Peach, Manchild & Ken Eavel.

They join the already announced all-star Aussie lineup of The Living End, John Butler Trio, The Grates, Spiderbait, Blue King Brown, San Cisco, Pez, Melbourne Ska Orchestra, Underground Lovers, Saskwatch, The Screaming Jets, Busby Marou, and heaps more in a list well over 50 names long.

Organisers promise there’s to be even more bands and acts to be announced for the weekend-long festival. Single day and 2-Day tickets are on sale now, as well as the new VIP experience ticket option for $330 offering unique privileges and complete access to the festival. Camping tickets, $40 for the weekend, are also available but are limited allocation only, so you better be quick.

The lineup was announced live to a sold-out QMF Winter Warmup gig on Saturday 22nd June, where Darren Percival, 8-piece outfit Eagle and the Worm, high-energy rockers EMPRA, Mississippi Delta blues duo Chris Russell’s Chicken Walk and 60s Garage revivalists The Frowning Clouds cranked up the heat!

If the warmup gig is anything to go by QMF 2013 will be cracking the mercury this November and spring is not as far away as it seems so make sure you’re ready to ring in the warmer weather when this sizzling QMF lineup hits the stages in the second last week of November
