Diplo and Skrillex might be bringing some more collaborative efforts out of the studio sooner rather than later.

Picked up byDancing Astronaut, Diplo’s been generating a fair bit of hype around the idea of resurrecting his and Skrillex’s Jack Ü project. Posting a remix of their hit ‘Where Are Ü Now’ on Instagram, the producer simply threw the question out, “Comment if we should release some more Jack Ü.”

The duo first started officially releasing music back in 2014, with the release of ‘Take Ü There” with Kiesza. From there, Jack Ü worked up to the release of their Gold-certified album, Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü in 2015, which featured collaborations with everyone from AlunaGeorge to Justin Bieber and 2 Chainz.

Both producers have gone on to dominate in their fields with other projects and their own solo releases in the last four years. The sound of new Jack Ü could bring fans right back into the fun primed-for-summer banger territory the first album set up, or it could be something entirely different.

In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Diplo remained hushed on the future of the project, but noted there were ideas in the mix.

“I think Skrillex has a lot of material he’s been gearing to release. When that happens I think we might be able to do some new stuff, but I’ve worked on a ton of ideas for the project. It’s all in due time.”
