Marilyn Manson has an active arrest warrant for two counts of Class A misdemeanour Simple Assault in Gilford, New Hampshire.

As Spin report, a statement shared to Gilford Police Department’s Facebook page has confirmed that the charges stem back to an incident that took place back in 2019 that took place at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. “The alleged assaults involved a videographer,” the statement reads.

“Mr. Warner, his agent and legal counsel have been aware of the warrant for some time and no effort has been made by him to return to New Hampshire to answer the pending charges,” the statement continued.

According to the post, a “Class A misdemeanor in NH can carry a possible jail sentence of less than one year and a fine of $2,000.00 or less.” Additionally, the Gilford PD says that the assault was “are not sexual in nature.”

Last week, Marilyn Manson’s former assistant Ashley Walters filed a complaint on Tuesday, May 12th with the Superior Court of Los Angeles Country alleging Manson of sexual assault, battery and harassment.

The month prior, Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco filed a lawsuit against the actor, claiming that she was sexually assaulted, whipped, and electrocuted over the course of her two-year-long relationship with the singer.

. The reckoning of Manson’s behaviour unraveled following a statement from actress Evan Rachel Wood who took to Instagram to allege that for years, Marilyn Manson groomed and “horrifically abused” her.

“The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson,” Wood wrote on February 1st. “He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission.”

Manson has vehemently denied all allegations laid against him. “Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality,” he wrote in an Instagram post. “My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.”
