Last month, a live Blur reunion of sorts went down after Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon teamed up during a Gorillaz show for a performance of the band’s beloved track, ‘Song 2’. It’s been near three years since Blur last performed live, and fans have are itching to know when we might be hearing new music from the group.

While Gorillaz have released not one, but two new albums since then, and The Good, The Bad & The Queen dropped a fresh record last week, Damon Albarn hasn’t dismissed the idea of a new Blur record. In fact, just a couple of months ago, he explained that “Whenever Graham [Coxon, Blur guitarist] is around, I’m up to playing music with him.”
