Korn isn’t content with just selling you their own custom surgery masks during the COVID-19 Pandemic. They’ll lead from the front and rep their own masks in public when they have to head to the grocery store.

That’s the example being set by the band’s drummer Ray Luzier, who took to Instagram overnight to share a photo of himself wearing the band’s special Follow The Leader anniversary masks to pick up some food, looking particularly fearsome as he followed the  Centers For Disease And Prevention guidelines.

How does Korn’s newest album compare to their older work?

“When we wore these masks for the Follow the Leader anniversary shows, I never thought I’d actually be wearing them to the grocery store for safety,” the post reads.

“Stay home people or wear masks if you have to be out & wash yer damn hands a LOT. 😷” Check out the post below.

Currently, in the US, which has over 360,000 cases of the disease, all citizens have been advised to cover their face when they venture out into public.

The Covid-19 pandemic has sent the music industry into complete shutdown, with some of the biggest events on the live music calendar postponed.

It’s also claimed the lives of some industry legends as it spreads around the world.

In the meantime, Cardi B thinks that people are being paid to lie about COVID-19. I guess that makes Ray Luzier an insta influencer now?

There’s no news yet if we’ll see something like another video-game concert from Korn while they’re on lockdown with all of us, or even their long-rumored cover album.

However, the band have always been ones to think outside the box (they did a dubstep record after all), so we doubt this is the last Korn content that we’ll see over the next few weeks.
