Ahead of their respective Australian tour, Queens of the Stone Age and Nickelback have soared to the top of this week’s ARIA charts.
QOTSA’s ninth studio record, Perfecth, has debuted at No. 1 on the Albums and Vinyl Albums chart. It comes after 2013’s …Like Clockwork and 2017’s Villians both peaked in top spot, while all of the group’s remaining records have previously debuted in the top 10.
Meanwhile Nickelback’s 11th record, Everything Under the Sun has come in at No. 3 and No. 7 on the Vinyl Albums list.

The Canadian band’s last album, 2022’s Get Rollin’, also debuted at No. 3.
Meanwhile, Eddie Perfect’s Beetlejuice (Live At The Regent Theatre Melbourne) has placed at No. 5 on the main list, No. 1 on the Australian Albums Chart and No. 2 on the Vinyl Albums chart, giving the Australian actor-singer-comedian-writer his first-ever top 50 result.
Australian country singer and two-time ARIA Award winner Fanny Lumsden has also landed her best ever chart result with Traditions, which has debuted at No. 6 on the main chart, No. 2 on the Australian Albums chart, and No. 10 on the Vinyl Albums chart.
