Ahead of their visit to Australia next year for the 30th annual Bluesfest, Larkin Poe have found themselves a high-profile Aussie fan. Russell Crowe shared a video of the sister’s performing together on Twitter last month urging his followers to see them on tour.

Russell Crowe is no stranger to the music world. Outside of being an Academy Award winning actor, he also fronted a band called 30 Odd Foot Of Grunts before renaming it Russell Crowe & The Ordinary Fear Of God.
His show of love for Larkin Poe comes a few months before they head down under for Byron Bay Bluesfest’s 30th anniversary. They’ll be heading to the festival in late April next year and have also announced two sideshows in Melbourne and Sydney.
