Splendour In The Grass punters – get your highlighters and cross-checkers ready, because playing times are finally here. Months of wondering whether Kendrick would clash with your local fave or whether you’d have to do a crazy runner from the mainstage to the tent have now boiled down to this moment.

With a massive lineup featuring the likes of everyone from modern hip hop legend Kendrick Lamar to indie-emo luminaries Soccer Mommy, there are bound to be a slew of clashes for music lovers.

Pop superstar Lorde is scheduled to headline to open the festival on Friday night (20th), with indie legends Vampire Weekend easing festival goers into the mid-point of the weekend, with Kendrick Lamar topping things off on the last night. The iconic Splendour mainstage will be graced by a slew of Australian favourites, including Amy Shark, Gang Of Youths, DMA’s, PNAU, Angus & Julia Stone and more.

On Thursday night dancers and groovers will be treated to a round of hip hop and DJ hype sets on the Thursday night, thanks to Baker Boy, Jesswar and UV Boi.

Earlier this week it was announced that funk-duo Chromeo had pulled out of their appearance at the festival and sideshows due to “health” reasons. The pair have been replaced by Aussie dance legends The Presets, who are fresh off the release of their fourth album HI VIZ.

Splendour In The Grass may be sold out but, if you’re still keen on hitting up one of the year’s biggest parties, you can head to the re-sale facility here and try your luck.
