The Strokes continue to er, stoke the fires of hype with details of their new record.

After revealing their plans to release their sixth studio album at the beginning of the year, the group have now dropped an album title and apparent artwork.

Sharing a short Instagram video over the weekend, The Strokes and Albert Hammond Jr. got fans stoked for the release of The New Abnormal. The image, from Basquiat’s 1981 piece Bird On Moneyaccompanied.

“You think you’ve been waiting, but the wait has just begun…” Hammond Jr. posted.

The album is the first full length album release from The Strokes since 2013’s Comedown Machine. The band is embarking on a string of shows throughout the U.S. and South America this year, as well as a rally for Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders this Monday (U.S. time).

The Strokes haven’t been shy about unveiling snippets of new music, though. Debuting new tunes at live shows including ‘The Adults Are Talking’ and ‘Ode To The Mets’, the group has been dishing out hints here and there as to what their next chapter is shaping up to look like.

Keen eye fans on Reddit have been speculating about when the next official release from The Strokes will be…and it could be this week. ‘At The Door’ is their new single, according to this early edition of Q Magazine, which some fans have already received copies of.
