Despite recent health issues, including having to cancel multiple tours, Ozzy Osbourne has revealed that he wishes to follow up his latest album Ordinary Man with a new album very soon.
Ozzy Osbourne has been in the news a lot due to numerous health issues popping up, forcing him to cancel many shows. However, despite these set backs he has managed to release a new album this month, and has been recently featured in PETA’s video about declawing cats.
Even though his latest album, Ordinary Man, only dropped this past week, the English musician has revealed that he’s keen to jump into another album right away.
Via an interview with iHeart Radio‘s Eddie Pappani, Osbourne stated, “I’m hoping that next month I’ll go and do another album with Andrew [Watt, producer of Ordinary Man].” Jovially adding, “I might as well, while I’m not doing gigs.”
Even though fans remain disheartened that the iconic frontman of Black Sabbath has been on the downward slope lately, Osbourne remains as hopeful and feisty as ever, revealing that he’s no where near done with touring, nor does he think he has hit his peak.
When asked about his recent tour cancellations and recovery periods, Osbourne said that he’s “not stopping” what he does best, stating “I’m coming back, and I’m going to kick your fucking arses. Believe me; I cannot wait.”
He also went on to say that fans should still be expecting him to do big things, because he hasn’t reached the pointy end of his career yet, “because once you peak, you’re on the way down.”

While Osbourne’s multitude of tour cancellations made many fans question if he was going to soon retire, the man himself revealed that it is not in his future plans. “I’ve thought about it. I sometimes think crazy thoughts like that. I cannot retire. I love [the fans].”
Ozzy Osbourne’s newest album Ordinary Man is out now. Currently, however, there is no set-in-stone details about his even newer album.
