Eminem is inviting his ‘Stans’ to give him a text via a new text line, because he “meant to write you sooner” and he’s “just been busy.”
Eminem has been very busy in quarantine. He’s had an intruder break into his home, he’s been trying to write and record during lockdown, and he’s even donated bowls of ‘Mom’s Spaghetti’ to Detroit hospitals battling COVID-19.
Ahead of the recently announced Marshall Mathers LP listening party to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the album, Eminem has taken to Instagram to invite his fans (as well as his ‘Stans’) to send him through some text messages.
The newly launched campaign will allow the iconic rapper to interact directly with his fans, where they can easily send him out a text at the U.S. number of +1 313-666-7440.

Playing on the lyrics for his 2000 hit ‘Stan’, Eminem wrote “Dear Stan, I meant to write you sooner, but I just been busy,” before writing “text me, I’ll hit you back.”
Although there’s no telling what Eminem has up his sleeves, fans are hopeful for responses, with many commenting on his Instagram “I’m waiting for a text back” and others stating “I texted you, but ou still didn’t reply.”
