In the latest edition of “headlines you never thought you would read”, a US man is reportedly suing a legless juggalo after the defendant reportedly crashed into him with a golf cart.

If there’s one thing you would likely be aware of by now, it’s that when it comes to hardcore fanbases, the Insane Clown Posse’s juggalos are some of the most dedicated.

In fact, juggalos have managed to become their own subculture over the years, with their iconic face paint being complemented by the affectation of their own style, speech, and have even managed to raise the attention of the FBI, who have labelled them a gang threat.

However, the annual Gathering Of The Juggalos festival has been marred by a lawsuit, with one fan suing another due to injuries sustained at this year’s event.

As TMZ reports, the 20th anniversary of the Gathering Of The Juggalos took place at Springville, Indiana between July 31st and August 3rd this year.

Featuring a lineup that boasted names like Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony, Geto Boys, Butcher Babies, and newest Slipknot member Gilbert Gottfried, the festival seemed to go off without too much controversy.

However, Ohio man Adam Batton is suing Ninjas in Action, the group behind the Gathering Of The Juggalos, claiming their negligence resulted in him suffering “serious and permanent bodily injury” after he was struck by a golf cart driven by a man with no legs.

According to court documents, Batton (who was there to document the event) claims that around 1am on August 3rd, he was riding a motorised bike around the venue before pulling over when he noticed a golf cart with no lights on heading towards him.

The cart then reportedly crashed into Batton, with driver and prominent juggalo Alexander “Less Legs” Perkins having lost control of the vehicle.

Batton is said to be suing the organisers of the festival rather than Perkins, since the Gathering Of The Juggalos is supposed to have a rule that prohibits “golf carts, four wheelers or motorized vehicles”. It’s unknown how Batton’s own admission of operating a motorised bike will come into play, if at all.

Despite the strangeness of this story, you can bet your bottom dollar that this ranks pretty low when it comes to wild stories that have taken place at the Gathering Of The Juggalos.
