UPDATE: T.I. and his wife, Tiny’s reality TV show has been suspended amid the allegations.

Sexual assault allegations are unfolding (via Instagram), against rapper Tip “T.I.” Harris and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris as we speak.

The allegations which have been denied by T.I. and his wife Tiny, have come from former friend, Sabrina Peterson.

The story began to unfold after Peterson began posting DM screenshots to her Instagram story on the 28th of January this year, from what Vulture reports from being over two-dozen alleged victims.

Among the allegations, T.I. and Tiny allegedly pressured victims to partake in drugs usage, removing their clothes, and to have sex with them and others.

As of right now, according to Peterson’s Instagram story, there are 26 women who have been involved in sexual abuse with T.I.

In a statement to Complexa spokesperson for T.I. and Tiny  said, “Mr. and Mrs. Harris want to be on record and more importantly want the public to know they emphatically deny in the strongest way possible the egregiously appalling allegations being made against them by Sabrina Peterson.”

“The Harrises have had difficulty with this woman for well over a decade. They are taking this matter very seriously.”

But even more recently, as reported via Complex, T.I. took to Instagram to respond to the recent allegations himself. And he was pretty straight forward about it.

He said, “It’s been extremely difficult for me to remain quiet in light of all the things that have transpired, and all the egregious allegations being tossed around about me and my wife.”

“But there’s a reason for that, and I don’t mind sharing it. You see, if a person does not have any right to criminally or civilly have you in court… the best thing they can do is get you for defamation… drag you in court, make you pay their legal bills.”

As reported by ComplexT.I. urged that the alleged victims need to be heard, but also that he and his family were being baited into calling them liars.

He also said, “Women, Black women in particular, should be supported, protected, defended, and uplifted. However, evil has no gender… a threat comes in all shapes and sizes…”

We’ll be reporting on this story as it unfolds. As of right now, according to All Hip Hopthe allegations against T.I. and Tiny do not yet seem to be charges filed.
