Slipknot has made one hell of a comeback over the last 18-months, with a staggering new record and tour taking the world by storm.

Their live showed, already steeped in folklore, have remained as ferocious as ever, with frontman Corey Taylor carrying on with a show even after breaking his foot at one stop on their album run.

The show that kicked off their current chapter went down when the band headlined the famous Download Festival in the UK last year – a set described by Metal Hammer as “brilliantly imaginative and unhinged”- and you can now watch the entire set on YouTube.

Featuring classics People = Shit, Before I Forget and Psychosocial alongside deep cuts Get This and Prosthetics, as well as all the fire and Corey Taylor middle fingers you could want, the set is an adrenaline trip from start to finish. Watch below.

According to the channel, fans can expect more live sets to be announced over the coming weeks, no doubt to the delight of maggots and living room moshers around the world.

Of course, for many Aussies watching the set might feel a tad raw, given the band were due to support Metallica on their stadium visit this October recently past.
