The lineup for this year’s Rhythm and the Reef has landed.
The beloved coastal festival returns to Bluewater Quay in Mackay, Queensland this August, bringing a stacked mix of homegrown talent to its scenic waterfront stage.
Rhythm and the Reef 2025 kicks off with a VIP Pre-Party on Friday, August 22nd, followed by the main event on Saturday, August 23rd, promising two days of live music and good vibes in the tropical north.

Leading the charge is Amy Shark, the ARIA chart-topping pop star whose latest album Sunday Sadness dropped last August. The record features standout singles like “Can I Shower At Yours” (nominated for Best Single at the 2024 Shure Rolling Stone Australia Awards), “Beautiful Eyes”, and “Loving Me Lover”.
Joining her are Sydney electronic heavyweights The Presets, known for their electrifying, immersive live shows that have lit up festival stages around the world for over two decades.

Also on the bill are Brisbane indie favourites The Jungle Giants, surf-rock duo Hockey Dad, rapper 360, genre-blending act Boo Seeka, alt-rock singer-songwriter Ruby Fields, and No Monkey Enterprise, with even more names still to come.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Wednesday 29 May at 4pm, with pre-sale kicking off a day earlier on Tuesday 28 May at 4pm. Sign up here for pre-sale access.
